confidential. For our records we will request your name,
address, telephone number, e-mail address and donation amount (cash or goods).
Annually, you will receive a notice about your contributions for the
year. While we strive to protect your personal
information, LALS cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information
you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
We do not sell individual names or
other private profile information to third parties. LALS may use contact information
to reach you regarding your donation or our services.
LALS values opinions and comments from supporters, and may conduct
occasional online
surveys. These surveys are optional.
Typically, the information is aggregated and used to make improvements to
LALS and to develop content/features for our audience.
Survey participants are anonymous unless otherwise stated in the survey.
We will respond to e-mails in a timely manner. We encourage your
correspondence via e-mail as we can respond more quickly to your requests.
